CK May Excavating successfully managed the comprehensive construction of West Post Phase II, III, & IV, overseeing subcontractors awarded critical tasks such as the construction of Phase III & IV Package 2 Block 13 on the West Post Development project. The subcontractor, operating independently, executed various responsibilities including the installation of sanitary sewer systems, water systems, and storm drain systems, ensuring compliance with stringent specifications and regulations outlined in the agreement. From laying sewer pipes and constructing manholes to installing water pipes, fittings, and fire hydrants, the subcontractor's work encompassed a range of essential infrastructure elements essential for the development's functionality and sustainability. CK May Excavating provided crucial oversight and support, ensuring seamless coordination between subcontractors and the timely provision of necessary materials, contributing significantly to the successful completion of West Post Phase II, III, & IV and setting the stage for a vibrant residential community.
