Project Descriptions

CK May Excavating successfully completed the comprehensive construction project for Story Mill Road, showcasing their proficiency in infrastructure development. The project entailed the construction of a new two-lane roadway spanning from Bridger Drive to Griffin Drive, complete with essential features such as curb and gutter installations. Notably, CK May Excavating implemented a stormwater retention pond and made necessary improvements to enhance water management and mitigate potential flooding risks. Additionally, the project included the installation of separated multi-use pathways on the west side of the road, ensuring safe passage for pedestrians and cyclists, while a sidewalk on the east side further improved accessibility. The integration of a traffic signal at Bridger Drive, coupled with lighting and utility enhancements, significantly bolstered traffic control and overall safety. Furthermore, CK May Excavating oversaw the construction of approximately 225 feet of Hillside Lane, facilitating seamless connectivity with the existing roadway network. Throughout the project, CK May Excavating prioritized maintaining access for businesses, residents, and emergency vehicles, underscoring their commitment to minimizing disruptions while delivering superior infrastructure solutions.
