Project Description
CK May Excavating recently completed the comprehensive infrastructure construction project for the Canyon Gate Subdivision. The scope of work included the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Best Management Practices (BMP), ensuring environmental compliance throughout the project. As part of the infrastructure development, CK May Excavating executed dewatering measures, implemented traffic control protocols, and conducted precise site grading to facilitate subsequent construction phases effectively.
Within the water infrastructure, CK May Excavating seamlessly connected to existing water mains, installed fire hydrants, and laid down new mains to accommodate the subdivision's needs. Moreover, the irrigation system was meticulously integrated, alongside the installation of 4” fire/water service lines to ensure adequate water supply for both domestic and emergency purposes. In parallel, the sewer system underwent enhancements with connections to existing sewers, installation of a new 8” sewer main, and the establishment of manholes for maintenance accessibility and functionality optimization. Furthermore, the project encompassed the development of storm drains, flood conveyance systems, street, parking, and sidewalk infrastructure, complemented by efficient site lighting arrangements comprising street lights and high-efficiency luminaires to foster safety and visibility within the subdivision.
